Payment Information
We accept all major credit cards as processed via PayUmoney method of payment for online orders. We also accept Net Banking and Payment Wallets and COD.
Back Orders
If your order is placed on a back order, you will be notified before and after the time of payment. Back orders typically take two to ten days, but in special cases, fifteen business days to ship. You also have the option of cancelling your order or proceeding. We will not process your order until we receive your decision. You will be notified via e-mail if your order is on back order. Once your order has been processed, you cannot cancel your order.
Cancellation/Changes
Once an order is placed, it is immediately entered into our processing program, and cannot be cancelled or changed.

Shipment
We only ship to Delhivery confirmed pin codes. Orders are shipped via Courier services in a priority mode and will be delivered normally within 3 to 5 business days of shipment. The buyer will be notified about the shipment along with the tracking number.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the confirmation of a cleared payment. However in case of special request orders or courier delays, the buyer will be notified with the amount of delay expected before the order is shipped.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We want you to enjoy our product and be our satisfied customer for life. However, nothing is perfect in life and there may be instances where you are not happy with your purchase. Please read our returns, refund, and exchanges policy below to ensure that we are able to satisfy your need and put the smile back on your face.

All sales are considered final and we do not offer refunds. However, in all fairness, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit within 7 business days of your tracking number delivery date. The product must be returned in the same condition you received them in.

Returns with no prior contact will be denied because they must be noted in our systems to be accepted at our warehouse.

We will arrange pickup for the return.
